However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to cancel your order or request a refund. Cancellation Policy

 

1.Service Cancellation

Before Project Initiation: You can cancel your order at any time before the project initiation for a full refund.

After Project Initiation: If you cancel the project after it has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2.Procedure for Cancellation

 To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email at support@fastestrank.com. Do Include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email.

 Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 2-3 business days and notify you of the status.

 

Refund Policy

 

1.Eligibility for Refund

Full Refund: Eligible if the cancellation request is made before the project initiation.

Partial Refund: Calculated based on the work completed if the project has already started.

2.Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

3.Non-Refundable Services

Customized services, such as special design requests, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf will also be non-refundable.

4.Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can escalate the issue to our management team by emailing escalations@fastestrank.com.
